DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1 :
Meet Fiona at Heathrow Airport and depart to Denver where you will change aircraft and fly on to Bozeman, Montana, to begin the tour. Transfer to your hotel to check in for a 1 night stay. Dinner under own arrangements.

Day 2 :
Breakfast and check out. Depart early for a full day visit to the Yellowstone National Park. You will be led by a Park Ranger who will guide the group through the geography of the park, explain its contribution to saving the natural environment and spot the parks wild animals for you. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. You will continue your journey to Cody where you will check into your hotel for 1 night. Dinner in the hotel.

Day 3 :
Breakfast. Early departure to Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, a memorial to the men of the 7th Calvary and the Indian Nation that fought to preserve a way of life. Lunch. Depart for Fort Keogh to visit the livestock facility and laboratory. The fort runs to 55,000 acres with 50,000 acres of native rangeland, 1,000 acres of irrigated pastures which produces 3,500 tonnes of alfalfa, 150 tons of hay. The beef cow herds consist of 250 Herefords, the oldest, purest line of Herefords in the world The farm has two feedlots capable of accommodating 1,000 head of growing cattle and a modern feed mill. Continue your journey to Glendive where you will check into your hotel for 2 nights. Dinner in the hotel.

Day 4 :
Breakfast and check out. Today enjoy a whole day on the ranch of the Eaton family who run a 2,000 head Charolais herd. The family started farming in 1879 and now operate a 7,000 acre spread. Used to support a commercial farming operation, it is also a fantastic ‘Dude’ ranch, enjoying high visitor
numbers each year. The family will organise your day, with wrangling and cattle handling demonstrations and lunch included at the farm. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 :
Breakfast and check out. Drive eastwards to visit the Teddy Roosevelt National Park with several amazing Badlands viewpoints. Drive through the park to spot wild horses, bison, elk, mule deer, prairie dogs, antelope and more. After Lunch depart towards Sidney. En-route, visit the Fairview Lift Bridge built in 1913, across the Yellowstone River to accommodate the Montana Eastern Railway. Continue to Sidney and check in for a 2 night stay. Dinner in hotel.

Day 6 :
Breakfast. Today the group will enjoy 2 visits to Angus beef herd ranches in and around Richland County in the East. These are some of the leading herds in USA and offers the chance meet some of the top US cattle breeders. Lunch on one of the farms included. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 :
Breakfast and check out. Enjoy a second day visiting Angus ranches in the region. Lunch on a farm included. Continue your journey to Williston, North Dakota (1 hour ahead of Montana) to check into your hotel for 1 night. Dinner in hotel.

Breakfast and check out. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK

Morning arrival into London Heathrow.
